Affordable Two-Camera Productions for Live Performances by dmgFilms

dmgFilms shot Crippled Stripper at Firehouse (St. George, Utah) on December 12, 2009. If you are a band, performer, public speaker, teacher, trainer, etc. and are looking for an affordable alternative to one camera productions, dmgFilms has the answer. This video of Crippled Stripper’s “Blues Shot” is an example of a two-camera production wtih standard definition cameras (Panasonic DVX100b). We have one camera stationary at the back of the room that has a static shot on the stage and the other camera is roaming around the venue getting alternative shots.

Our goal with these two camera productions is to create something more interesting to the viewer than a single camera perspective and to keep it very affordable. Especially for musicians who don’t have money to burn.

This video was shot and edited by Mike Gardner.
