While I am mike’s brother. This BBQ place is great. I am currently Living in Texas and have lived in South Carolina. I think I have tasted some of the best BBQ out there and this ranks among the top.

This was the first project where we used the Sony XDCam. Pretty easy to work with. Really happy with the exposure and clarity of the camera. Did have some problems with the audio. We were using the on-cam inputs with a different mic going into each input and it was as if there was audio bleed from one channel to the other.
