Johnny Devivo is one of the top chefs in St. George, Utah. His prices are on the higher end, but if you are looking for food that is truly remarkable, Scaldoni’s is the place to go. My favorite is the swordfish and his salads are also crazy good. Johnny does not mess around when it comes to cooking and you will see what I mean when you go.
