Troy’s BBQ is genuine barbecue. After introducing my camera to the smoker, I smelled like roasting hickory chips for the rest of the day. Sort of made me want to go camping. I myself had a pulled turkey sandwich and loved it. The people that we got on camera for this video spot practically volunteered to say a few words about their experience. Troy, the owner, on the other hand wasn’t so willing. He’s what you might call camera shy. Hey, fame’s not for everyone. Troy’s BBQ has really great food and a really kick back atmosphere. Take my word for it and get down there for lunch or dinner. It’s truly the place to go for the best barbecue in St. George, Utah.

While I am mike’s brother. This BBQ place is great. I am currently Living in Texas and have lived in South Carolina. I think I have tasted some of the best BBQ out there and this ranks among the top.
